Applywisee operates the Applywisee mobile application This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Personal Information: When you register or contact us we may collect your name, email address, and profile information (including if you sign in via Google or other providers).
• Usage Data: Search queries, filters used, bookmarked jobs, viewed job details, and other interactions inside the App to help personalize your experience.
• Device & Technical Data: Device model, operating system, app version, crash logs, IP address and basic diagnostics for performance and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain core features (job listings, search, filters, bookmarks).
• Power the AI assistant Sahayak to give personalized guidance and answers.
• Send important notifications and alerts about job deadlines or updates (if you opt-in).
• Improve and monitor app performance, fix bugs, and enhance user experience.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited data with trusted third-party service providers who help operate the App (for example: authentication providers, analytics, crash reporting, and cloud hosting).

Examples of third-party services we may use include Google Sign-In, Firebase/Analytics, and hosting providers. Those services have their own privacy policies — please review them for details.

4. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. All communication between the App and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

5. Account Deletion & Data Retention

You can delete your Applywisee account inside the App: Settings → Delete Account.

• If you signed in using a Google account, you will be asked to verify your Google login before deletion to confirm account ownership.
• If you signed up with email/password, deletion proceeds after your confirmation in-app.

After deletion, your profile, bookmarks, saved jobs, and preferences will be removed. Some anonymous or aggregated data may be retained for analytics and fraud prevention.

6. Children’s Privacy

Applywisee is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Your Choices

• Access & Correction: You can update your profile info from the App settings.
• Notifications: You can opt-out of non-essential push notifications in-app or via device settings.
• Delete Account: Use the in-app delete flow or contact us (details below) to request deletion.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. When we do, we will post the revised policy here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new policy.
